Mojang told the community that it would work on Multi-Core devices. The list of Kindle and Apple devices are dual/multi-core devices, that would/will work for infinite worlds. Any other device with 1 core will be laggy. (Source: Mojang and Powered by Redstone)
What kind of lag will happen? Block lag, rubber banding, or something else?
