It's been out for a little over 24 hours for most markets, but better late than never right? Mojang announced on their company blog this morning that they are very happy with Minecraft Pocket Edition for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, and that it is the top grossing app on the App Store right now. They made sure to note that iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) users can play with Android users, and vice versa. Mojang has also created a website (more like a home page) for the Pocket Edition of Minecraft (link).
However, the game is being criticized that it has no mobs, no day and night, and even no clouds. But hey, give Mojang a break, you can only do so much with a phone. You can get the game now on the App Store or the Android Market.
