All these mods are included in AMCO, which is available to download at the source link. The only requirement is a fresh install of Minecraft, because AMCO will interfere with any other mod. You can do this by clicking Options at the Minecraft login screen, then press 'Force Update' After that, just wait for the game to load the main screen, then you will be ready.
