Even though most people agree that Minecraft Pocket Edition is not very good (both on Android and iOS), at least in it's current state. While Mojang has promised that things
will get better, their promises have yet to be delivered. Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.1.3 seems to be the first phase of changes. Mojang boasts 5-30% performance increases, better tablet support, cactus are added to deserts (something Minecraft has had since 1.0.6 Alpha), faster network game loading, more sounds, and various bug fixes.
