Well this a very commonly used server plugin, which if you wanted to make a big server, than I would greatly recommend using this plugin. This plugin is simply an In-Game MCedit. This would be very useful for building a spawn city or clearing out big patches of land. You could also set restrictions for who on your server could use this (If you only wanted admins to use it), but you would have to download another plugin for that, which I will review next ;)
