If you have logged in to Minecraft today, you will have seen an alert mentioning a login database update. Mojang will be working on the login account database tomorrow, most likely in preparation for Mojang Accounts. The actual event will happen between 8:00 and 12:00 GMT time (3:00 AM New York time, 4 PM Hong Kong time, and 5 PM Tokyo time). While the blackout is occurring, Minecraft players will not be able to log in to their accounts. This also means that you will have to play offline, and will not be able to play on servers.
