As we have talked about before in detail, Mojang.com, Minecraft.net, and PlayCobalt.com are down today in protest of the Stop Online Piracy act and the Protect IP Act. The action does not appear to be affecting Minecraft logins, but of course people can't register for Minecraft or buy the game today. I salute Mojang's attempt to stop these acts from being passed, but we must wait for January 24th to see if it was worth it.
