Minecraft passes five million copies sold


In the midst of Mojam, even Mojang may have missed this tidbit of information. Minecraft has passed five million copies sold, with a few million more registered (but not paid). This indicates that more people may have pirated the game instead of buying it, which is quite sad that some people can't spend $25 on an awesome game. If you are one of those people I highly suggest supporting Mojang and buying it.

    i bought the game after only messing with classic on the website. only had it for a few days and already addicted as hell! just getting into texture packs right now, and if anyone has any suggestions im open to new possibilities :)
