Although the game still isn't here, it seems Mojang is trying to keep the hype up with some new Xbox Live avatar items. If you are unfamiliar, if you are a subscriber to Xbox Live you can spend points on various items for your avatar (the Xbox equivalent of a Nintendo Mii). Some of the new items include creeper shirts, a diamond sword, a Minecraft cape, Notch's hat, and a shirt with the Minecraft logo. You can also get a pig, a creeper, and a wolf as pets for your avatar. As far as I know, the items are priced just like any others: 80 points for shirts, 160 for the sword or cape, 160 for the creeper/steve heads, and 240 for pets.
