Are you ready for this? One of Mojang's employees, Tobias Mollstam, has announced that Minecraft user names will be changeable in the near future. Tobias has the responsibility of managing the Minecraft login server, and keeps track of every login on every Mojang game. Even though the transition to Mojang Accounts is not yet complete for all users (I opted in :P), he plans to have it ready soon. "Implementing change Minecraft player name will be an epic quest.
