While I was taking a break from the digital world, it seems Mojang hired someone onto the team. After getting the entire Bukkit team, Mojang has hired Patrick Geuder. It isn't known exactly what he will be working on at this time, but it will most likely be boring consultant work for Mojang. It's not the coolest job to have over at Mojang, but someone has to do it. While on the subject, he will not be working on Minecraft.
