Minecraft Snapshot 12w38b released, Pretty Scary Update on the way

A bug fix update has been released for yesterday's snapshot (12w38a) with a few bug fixes and minor new features. Most importantly, this update fixes the /say command which was broken in yesterday's snapshot. There is an updated sound engine, with a few new sounds too. Minecart sounds, furnaces make a sound when they are done, changed block placement sounds, and a changed level up sound. Also a few small changes to the Witch mob include they can not hurt themselves, they drop sticks and potion ingredients. Also, the new name for the 1.4 update is 'Pretty Scary Update'.
