Minecraft Reality for iOS brings creations to life with argumented reality

Argumented reality isn't new. That's the name for a technology that allows digital images and video to appear as if they were in the real world, using a combination of sensors on the device. The Nintendo 3DS has several argumented reality features, made possible with it's two back cameras and accelerometer. Other argumented reality games and apps exists for phones and tablets, and Mojang is joining them with 'Minecraft Reality'. This app allows users to upload their creations and place them at certain GPS co-ordinates. So when you walk through a large area, whip out your iPhone and see what people have built. The app is $1.99 on the iTunes Store.
