Expecting Minecraft Pi Edition as a Christmas present? Unfortunately, the version of Minecraft for the $25 PC has been delayed according to Mojang. Developer Daniel Frisk said, "We've been hit by some bad bugs in Minecraft Pi edition. We've decided to wait [with] release until January." Furthermore, in a reply to a Twitter user he said the problem is, "Memory gets written that shouldn't. Not in debug but in -Ox. Checked [with] gdb and it isn't really in our code. So gcc?" Long story short, no Minecraft Pi Edition until the new year.
