Minecraft Snapshot 13w03a released, adds 'Dropper' block and more

As evidenced by the recent screenshots of Minecraft Pocket Edition, Nathan Adams has been just about the only one working on Minecraft this past week. But that doesn't mean there won't be a snapshot, because this week another one is released to the masses. This week a new block called a Dropper has been added, that acts almost exactly like a Dispenser. New Minecart and multiplayer chat abilities are also added, and a grand total of 19 bugs have been removed from the game. You get more info and the download link at the source below.
