Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.9.0 will be released July 10th

"when 0.9.0 come come" is by far the question we have been asked the most since the first screenshots of Minecraft PE 0.9.0 was shown. Well today we finally have a release date - PE 0.9.0 will be released on July 10th. The update will come to iOS, Android, and Amazon devices on that date. Mojang wrote on their company blog:

"Sorry for keeping you waiting, but it’s finally time! We’re super excited and really eager to see what you’ll build on the go! Minecraft: Pocket Edition 0.9.0 will be out on Thursday the 10th of July. Make sure you refresh your mobile store!"

The update is by far the largest Minecraft PE update ever, with infinite worlds, PC world generation, new mobs and more. We will compile a list of the biggest features before release. In the mean time, check out Mojang's post below and mark your calendars.

    They should name the update!! Like the pc does with "seecret friday", "halloween", "tha update that changed the world"... And the pe one is named "survival update", they should name this one new world or something, idk, just give it a name because it's the biggest update!!
