We haven't been covering the beta builds of Minecraft PE 0.10.0 very much beyond our video covering the changes. None of the builds since then have added any features, just fixed lots of minor bugs. But Build 5 is special because it will likely be the last build before release. Johan from Mojang said on Twitter a few minutes ago:
