Originally the developers at Mojang said Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.10.0 Beta build 5 would be the last before the final release on Android and iPhone, but four builds later we are still not there.
Mojang is determined to make sure 0.10.0 is a (relatively) build-free release, because Build 9 is officially out. Here's the changelog:

Most interestingly, this release has been designated 'Release Candidate 1', which indicates this is almost exactly like the final release and there will only be bug fixes from now until the final release. - Fixed number of blocks/items not showing up in toolbar and item panes
- Fixed crash when shutting down server while client has chest/furnace open
- Fixed entities in multiplayer, they should now work as expected :)
- Door are now correctly updated (when opened/closed) on clients
- Added back the moving item animation in chests

- Beds are now easily placed on replaceable tiles like tall grass
