Minecraft TU19 demoed at PlayStation Experience Live, will be released for all consoles

One of the biggest ever updates for Minecraft on consoles has been in development since at least early October, which contains (almost) all the new features of Minecraft PC 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6. Sony is currently hosting the PlayStation Experience Live event in Las Vegas, and 4J Studios is in attendance with demos of the new update. YouTube user ECKOSOLDIER uploaded some footage of the update below:

The update includes features from the mentioned PC updates including horses, fireworks, beacons, the wither boss, lots of new blocks, and more. 4J Studios did confirm at the event that the Title 19 Update will be available for all consoles, so owners of last-gen consoles (Xbox 360/PS3) have nothing to worry about here.

The video also mentions a rumor that 4J Studios has already submitted the update for testing by Microsoft/Sony, but we would take that with a grain of sand considering 4J Studios always announces when they do something like that. But still, this demo clearly indicates the update is nearing the final stages of development (if it's not done already) and could possibly be submitted for review before the end of 2014.
