Who says games and learnining can't mix? MinecraftEdu is a joint partnership between TeacherGaming and Mojang to bring Minecraft to the classroom. Their main product is MinecraftEdu, a modified version of Minecraft designed for use by teachers for use in classroom activities.
Today development build (kinda like a snapshot) 1.7.10 build 13 was released, bringing a host of improvements to the game. Most notably is a re-write of skin selection, with support for teacher skins in tow. Also included in the update are 16 new skins for teachers to use.
If you have MinecraftEdu, you can update from the launcher (this shows up as a development build) or through here.
