I know you've probably seen enough Minecraft-PE-0.11-is-coming posts, but this will hopefully be the last one. Shoghi Cervantes tweeted more news about Minecraft PE earlier today:

If you're not familiar with software release terms, a 'Release Candidate' is the name of a beta/pre-release almost identical to the final release. This means Build 14 is most likely the last beta release of Minecraft PE 0.11.0 before it's final release.
If all goes well, the only difference between Build 14 and PE 0.11.0 should be bug fixes. We still don't have a release date from Mojang, but considering it's Thursday and still no announcement, we are shifting our estimate to next week.
