    In creative the spanners are empty so that you can put a mob egg inside of the empty spawner.

    Also there is a new version exclusive feature in which in the village generation, they have wooden plank "bridges". You can see it in the video by the well, and somewhere on the gravel path.

    You said at 4:31 in the video "..Here it's kind of all laid out for you and the crafting recipe is on the left..." Actually, the crafting recipe is on the right :D!
