I personally am a huge fan of the Portal/Half-Life series (I've only finished Portal and Portal 2, though). Portal 2 is actually my favorite first-person shooter game (Minecraft is more of a sandbox type game). This video is a recreation of Half-Life's beginning. The whole story behind Half-Life is that you are a scientist working for a company called Black Mesa. Black Mesa is conducting an experiment with a Xen crystal sample and an Anti-matter Spectrometer. It causes a demensional rift that creates a portal between Earth and the planet of Xen. This is refereed to as the "Black Mesa Incident" several times in the game. This is a re-creation of this event with Minecraft. Epic game meets another epic game.
