There arn't many details on this yet, but the lead developer for Mojang has just tweeted some very interesting news. He tweeted, "Restored ladder collision box (that was a fun experiment). Also, vines (when attached to a block) will be climbable." This means that all the ladder glitches will come back, and vines will also act as ladders. How about that!
