This developer put a GameBoy Color emulator in Minecraft

Just when you think you've seen it all in Minecraft, there's something even more crazy being developed. A user on YouTube named 'Kl0udy' recently uploaded a video of a GameBoy Color running in Minecraft. But how is this possible?

The answer is simple. This developer took an existing GameBoy emulator, changed the virtual display to put colored blocks in a Minecraft world instead of a computer window, and bundled it in a server plugin. That's right, this uses no command blocks and is completely server-side (no mods required).

The result is impressive. Despite the Game Boy Color being capable of emulating over 32,000 possible combination of colors, everything looks very close to the real game. Check out the source link for the original video, and a server where you can try this out.
