Minecraft Pocket Edition has had a massive stride recently, in it's never-ending goal to add every single feature the PC edition has. Pocket Edition 0.14 marks the second stage of Pocket Edition's Redstone Update, bringing comparators, repeaters, dispensers, droppers, hoppers, trapped chests, and various additional Minecart types.
The update also brings in a few new features from Minecraft PC's 'Pretty Scary Update' (aka PC 1.4), like witches, cauldrons, and item frames. Finally, there's a bunch of other minor features like slime blocks, wearable pumpkins, and improved chicken jokey mobs.
Finally, if you enjoy Pocket Edition's skin packs there's a new one - Redstone Specialists. Same deal as before, there's two free skins and the rest cost $1.99. And as always, Windows 10 Edition has been updated to 0.14 with everything the Pocket Edition update brings.
There was some rumors that Pocket Edition 0.14 would change the lowest iOS version supported to 7.0, cutting off many older Apple devices from receiving the update. However this doesn't seem to be the case, as 0.14 still requires iOS 5.1.1 or later. See the source link for Mojang's post.

One of my kids accidentally chose to "always" use the gallery for skins in minecraft PE. How can they change it back to "pick skin"?
