Minecraft PE has been available for Apple and Android smartphones and tablets for some time now. One exception is the Kindle Fire devices from Amazon, since they can only install apps from Amazon's App Store. Good news has come to them this morning, because Minecraft PE is now available on the Amazon Appstore for $6.99. In fact, it's already on the Editor's Pick list for the Kindle Fire HD.
