I've always found the discussions on this website's comments to be interesting, and have shown me different viewpoints on topics written about here that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. A few months ago, I added a forum page to this website. I'm sure you probably understand how a forum works, so I won't explain it here.
It was fairly popular for a while, but unfortunately it started to fade out. It became apparent that it was dead when the newest post in any given topic was a month old. So today we have closed the Powered by Redstone forum.
It might return eventually, perhaps if the News and Forums are linked, but for now I won't fix what ain't broken.
Also, for those interested, we hope to have Skin Finder 4 out soon. And by soon, we mean sometime between Mojang Soon™ and Valve Soon™.

So... about that "soon".... We talking Minecraft 1.9 soon of hl2 episode 3 soon?
ReplyDeletethe forum was not popular because we were not really encouraged to post on the forum.what i mean by this is that you guys never wrote any posts on the forums to make it popular.like you could have REGULARLY post something on the forum.you could have even tried to write to encourage us write something.please bring back the forums and try to encourage people to write on it.
ReplyDeleteSo that means between 4 months and years of "Half-Life 3 Confirmed" jokes?
ReplyDeleteI was scrolling through the old posts of powered by redstone and I noticed 2 authors ho dont seem to post any thing anymore.their names are Brady kufka and Timnothy. What has happened to them ?they were both bukkit developers.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Brady was a Bukkit developer. But they got busy with real life stuff.
ReplyDeleteplease bring back the forums
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you
ReplyDeleteAnd by the way , both of us have the same names.Isn't that a co incidence ?
ReplyDeleteWhy? No one uses them.
ReplyDeleteWell then it will be a while. Skin Finder 4 confirmed!
ReplyDeleteHow about modding API soon?
ReplyDeleteThis can be the new inside joke of PBR.
ReplyDelete"Hey Corbin, which will come first, Pi Edition 0.2, Minecraft 1.9, the Modding API, Half-Life 3, or Skin Finder 4?"
Indeed my good sir
ReplyDeleteOf course!
ReplyDeleteBecause we were not encouraged to use them. Corbin ,Tyler or Adam could have at least regularly posted something on the forums so users could try to answer them. Some quizzes on the forums could be also written. We could also be allowed to post pictures (though we would need moderators who would check forum regularly
